摘要
《劳动合同法》第八十二条①对双倍工资的的适用进行了规定,但是实践中关于本条规定的适用问题,各地适用标准不同,引起了许多的争议和困惑。适用标准的不同,一定程度上影响了法律的严肃性,也影响了对劳动者和用人单位权益的保护。本文针对实践中出现的问题,提出几点建议仅供参详。
