打造励志强能工程 提升贫困生就业竞争力——以淮阴师范学院为例

Create inspirational project to improve the impoverished students' employment competitiveness -- Taking Huaiyin Normal University as an example

本文以淮阴师范学院贫困生为调查对象,通过问卷及访谈的方式对贫困生的学习、心理、参加课外活动,以及贫困毕业生的就业情况进行分析。结果显示,贫困生总体呈现积极向上的状态。但仍有部分贫困生存在学习动力不足,综合能力欠缺的现状。笔者在分析造成贫困生综合能力不足原因的基础上,提出高校要着力打造励志强能工程,搭建平台,汇聚力量,不断探索提高贫困生综合素养的新途径,努力提高贫困生综合能力,为顺利就业打下基石。

In this paper, take the poor students of Huaiyin Normal University as the research object, through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the learning, psychology, extracurricular activities of poor students, and the employment situation of graduates and poverty. The results show, the positive state of poor students. But there are still some problems of poor students lack of learning motivation, status of the comprehensive ability. The author proposes to focus on creating inspiring engineering, construct platform, gathering strength based on the problem of poor students comprehensive ability, continue to explore new ways to improve the comprehensive quality of students, we must improve the comprehensive capacity of poor students, lay the foundation for a successful employment.
