随着大学生就业形势的严峻,培养具有生产实践能力的人才越来越成为高等教育领域的普遍共识。为此,在造纸原理与工程的教学过程中应将教学内容与现场教学相结合,并积极培养学生分析与解决生产实践问题的能力,同时努力提高生产实习的教学质量,这对于学生适应将来的工作岗位是至关重要的。

With the severe employment situation for the college students, it has increasingly become the general consensus in the field of higher education that cultivating talents with the production of practical ability. To this end, during the teaching process of paper principle and engineering, the teaching content should be combined with on-site instruction, and the students’ ability to analyze and solve the problem of production practice should be actively training, meanwhile, the quality of production practice teaching should be improve actively. It is very critical for students to adapt to the future jobs.
