职业生涯规划视野下地方院校毕业生就业能力研究——基于广东部分地方院校的调查分析和论证

Study on the employment ability of college graduates from the perspective of occupation career planning -- Investigation and analysis and demonstration based on part of local colleges in Guangdong

本文以职业生涯规划理论作为理论基础,对地方院校毕业生的就业能力进行调查分析。结果显示,大部分地方院校毕业生对自身就业能力缺乏自信。为此,地方院校应当通过进一步增强实践环节、专业选择的可操作性,鼓励大学生参与社会实践、培养就业能力和开展职业生涯教育等措施予以改善。

This research analyzed the employment ability of local college graduates, which based on the occupation career planning theory. The results showed, most of the local college lack of confidence on their own employment ability. Therefore, local college should improve the employment ability of graduates by strengthening the operability of practice and major choice, encouraging more social practice, improving the cultivation of employment ability and developing the career planning education.
