高职院校创新型人才培养研究的文献分析

Analysis on the literatures of innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges

采用文献统计方法,对近年有关高校创新型人才培养的研究文献进行统计分析,从文献的时间、数量、主题情况三个方面考察中国创新型人才培养的进展,并探讨研究存在的问题和展望研究发展的方向。结果显示,高校创新型人才的培养研究呈上升发展趋势;研究内容存在不均衡性。最后指出,研究方式的和谐与均衡发展、研究课题内容的拓展与深化,是今后的研究方向。

Using the literature of statistical methods, to carry on the research literature and statistical analysis of the cultivation of innovative talents in universities, research progress of innovative talents training in China from the three aspects of literature of the time, quantity, theme, and study on the existing problems and future prospects of research development. The results show that the cultivation of innovative talents in universities is in the upward trend, the content is imbalance. Finally, the harmonious and balanced development of research method, the expanding and deepening of research topic, is the direction of future research.
