“五化育人”法在高职辅导员工作中的实践运用

Application of "Five Education" method in vocational counselors work

高职院校辅导员的工作方法必须不断地创新,才能适应新的社会要求。本文阐述了目前高职院校学生的特点,并把自己从事高职辅导员工作的一些体会总结为"五化育人"法,即:学生资料信息化、师生沟通情感化、课余活动个性化、班级管理职业化、全程监控家校一体化。

The working method of vocational college counselors must continue to innovate, to adapt to new social demands. This paper describes the characteristics of the current vocational college students, and the vocational counselors work experience to summarize as"five teaching"method, namely:student information, emotional communication between teachers and students, extracurricular activities, class management, personalized occupation of monitoring the whole school integration.
