本文首先对先例理论进行初步阐述,其次介绍战争在俄罗斯语言文化中的体现,并阐释以战争先例现象为主题来研究先例理论的意义。

This paper,first of all,expuonds preliminarily the precedent theory, secondly introduce the war in the Russian language and culture,and illustrate with war precedent phenomenon as the theme to study the signif-icance of precedent theory.
