浅谈大学英语教改中如何提高教师素质

Analysis on how to improve the teachers’ capacity in the college English teaching reformation

设置大学英语课程的目标是激发学生学习英语的积极主动性,提高学生的跨文化交流意识,培养具有思辨能力的创新型的复合人才,本文在明确大学英语教改目标的前提下,分析大学英语教师的素质,并针对大学英语教师的综合素质中出现的问题提出可行性建议。

The object of college English is to motivate the students’ enthusiasm for learning Enlgish and improve the students’ ability of intercultural communication, so that the students can be cultivated as standard talent with great creativity. Therefore, how to improve the teachers’ capacity in the college English teaching reformation is urgent. The following study is the analysis about the present situation of the college Engish teacher and puts forward some suggestions about improving the ability of the teacher.
