摘要
采用双矩形截面圆柱线圈互感式传感器作为焊缝跟踪传感器,实现了薄板搭接的焊缝跟踪。利用等效圆形回路法计算了轴线相交的矩形截面圆柱线圈之间的互感系数。使用Ansys有限元分析软件,建立了传感器的三维模型,对传感器线圈的参数进行了优化设计,分析了线圈轴线夹角对于传感器输出的影响,确定了适合于焊缝跟踪的互感式传感器结构。最后,进行了互感式焊缝跟踪传感器的焊缝跟踪具体实验,传感器输出线性度良好,跟踪精度达到要求,为薄板搭接的自动焊缝跟踪技术提供了新的方法。
Using a double-coiled rectangle cross section of cylinder mutual-inductive sensor as the seam tracking sensor, the tracking of steel sheet lapping is realized. The mutual-inductance coefficient of the axes-intersecting coils is calculated in the cycle loop method. A 3D model of the sensor is built through ANSYS. After making the optimization design of the parameter of the coils, and analyzing the influence of the axes included angle between the coils, the structure of a mutual-inductive sensor is defined that is suitable for seam tracking. In the end, a experiment of the mutual-inductive sensor is made;the results shows fine linearity and required tracking precision, which has provided a new way to auto seam tracking of lapping sheets.
