摘要
运用基于半解析法的粘弹性接触快速算法,研究了正弦粗糙表面的粘弹性接触问题。半解析法的核心是,首先用解析的方法得到基本解,然后使用叠加原理得到任意基本解的组合解,并使用共轭梯度法(CGM)和快速傅里叶变换(FFT)求解接触压力。通过将正弦粗糙度叠加到三参数固体半无限大体上,考虑正弦粗糙表面对接触特性的影响。研究结果表明:粗糙度显著影响接触压力和接触面积;给定一个时刻,光滑表面的接触面积最大;随着时间的增加,接触压力降低而接触面积增加。
In this paper, the visco-elastic contact is solved by using a Semi-analytical method. The contact solver is based on minimization of complementary energy, which integrated with the conjugate gradient method (CGM) algorithm and the fast Fourier transform (FFT) technique for improving numerical efficiency. The effects of rough surfaces are considered, in which a small patch of sinusoidal waviness is superposed on the lower half space. The half space is assumed to have visco-elastic behaviors. The waviness is characterized by its dimensionless amplitude and wavelength. Results show that the pressure and contact area are largely influence by the roughness; the pressure decreases but the contact area increases as the time increases.
