摘要
利用ABAQUS软件建立了平板型水润滑轴承的摩擦噪声分析模型,采用复模态理论,依据复特征值实部的正负判断轴承系统发生噪声的可能性,如果有实部为正的特征值,则可判断系统有发生噪声的可能性。通过有限元分析,获得了轴承系统在不同参数下的失稳倾向,其中包括摩擦系数、水槽半径大小及水槽形状。分析结果表明摩擦系数对轴承系统摩擦噪声的影响最大,水槽圆弧半径和形状对噪声预测结果也有一定影响。
The friction noise analysis model of plate type water-lubricated bearing is built by using ABAQUS software. By using the analysis method of finite element complex eigenvalue theory and based on the positive or negative of complex eigenvalue real part , the possibility of bearing system generating noise can be estimated. If the real part eigenvalue is positive, the noises will generate. Through the analysis of finite element, unstable tendency of the bearing system under different parameter is obtained, including the friction coefficient, groove radius and shape. The result shows that the friction coefficient has great influence on the friction noise of water-lubricated bearing, groove radius and shape also have a certain impact on noise prediction results.
