Production Task Lifecycle Management System for Assembly Process of Complex Electromechanical Products

针对复杂机电产品装配过程生产任务执行周期长、处理环节多、协同管理复杂等特点,以及现有生产任务制定、审核、下达、接收、反馈、调整和完工全流程集成管理困难等问题,基于制造执行系统等先进管理技术,构建了一种复杂机电产品装配过程生产任务全生命周期管理系统的体系结构、功能结构和运行流程,研究了基于Web服务的装配过程生产任务全生命周期业务描述模型和基于工作流技术的装配过程生产任务进度可视化监控等关键技术。最后,将以上研究成果在一复杂机电产品制造企业进行了实际运用,取得了良好应用效果。

To deal with the current difficulties in the production task integrated management for the whole assembly process of complex electromechanical products which included production task making, auditing, issuing, receiving, feedback, updating and completion, and according to the characteristics of the production task such as long execution cycle, multiprocessing links and complex collaborative management, a production task lifecycle management system for assembly process of complex electromechanical products was constructed, which was based on the advanced management technology of manufacturing execution system. The architecture, function structure and running process of the system were described, and some key techniques were studied, such as the production task lifecycle business description model for assembly process based on Web Services and the production task progress visualized monitoring for assembly process based on workflow technology. Finally, the system was applied to a manufacturer of complex electromechanical products, and the good application effect was obtained.
