摘要
随钻压力测量装置用于钻井过程中的地层压力、温度等参数实时采集,但在钻井过程中其内部部件会受到钻柱剧烈振动的影响,容易造成内部薄弱部件的破坏。本文采用有限元仿真分析和实验相结合的方法对随钻压力测量装置专用电路板的抗振性进行分析,为提高电路板的可靠性提供保证建立电路板的有限元模型分析其固有频率,通过锤击测振试验验证有限元模型的正确性;通过优选固定方式与元件排布形式,进一步提高电路板的固有频率;对电路板进行冲击载荷分析,研究电路板应力分布情况,预测危险位置并提出改进意见,为测量装置的抗振性研究提供依据。
The logging while drilling(LWD) apparatus was used to measure such as the pressure or temperature. The crucial component was influenced by vibrating of the drill string while the well drilling was working. So the vibration of the device analysis was useful for improving the vibration resistance. In this paper, hybird method of finite element analysis and mode test is proposed to analyze the vibration capability of circuit board., Practical hamp test is used to verfiy the the simulation model is reasonable via comparation of natural frequency.Through selecting different fixed and arrange method, we improved the natural frequency of the circuit board. We analyzed shock vibration of the circuit board and forecast the dangerous location of the circuit board to ensure safe running.
