摘要
抗精神病药物广泛应用于各类老年期精神障碍治疗。第二代抗精神病药物(除氯氮平外)不良反应少,较适合老年患者使用。本文综述抗精神病药物用于精神分裂症、痴呆、谵妄、情感性精神障碍及合并躯体疾病老年患者时的不良反应、剂量、疗程、治疗原则和适应证。
Antipsychotics are widely used in geriatric mental disorders.Second-generation antipsychotics(excepting clozapine) are relatively suitable for elderly patients because of less adverse reactions.This review describes the adverse reactions,dosing strategies,duration of treatment,therapeutic principle and indications for antipsychotics used in the elderly patients with schizophrenia,dementia,delirium,mental disorders or physical diseases.
