摘要
台湾大学评鉴经历了从学科评鉴到整个大学评鉴、从台湾教育当局组织评鉴到中介机构专责的规范发展历程,呈现从行为规范的工具价值向大学发展的理性价值的转向,其基于大学发展的评鉴目标、个性化的评鉴标准、专业化的评鉴机构、依法评鉴的制度保障对大陆开展新一轮大学教学评估有积极借鉴意义。
Taiwan university evaluation has experienced the development from the subject evaluation to the whole university evaluation,from Taiwan's education authority organization to evaluation agencies responsible,shifting the tool value to university development value.Its characters,such as university development evaluation target,personalized evaluation standards,professional evaluation organization,law based evaluation system,etc set a positive pattern for new round of Undergraduate teaching evaluation in mainland.
