武陵山片区:高等教育结构现状、问题及对策研究

Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Structure of Higher Education In Wuling Mountain Area

目前武陵山片区高等教育资源十分有限,高校行政区划分散。片区内高等教育结构仍存在明显不足:片区内高等教育较落后且分布不均、学科专业结构有待完善、专业设置缺乏地域特色且重复性严重。为使片区内高等教育更好地服务于区域的社会经济发展,关键是要加强各高校间的教育协作:转变观念,强化片区高校协作发展的意识;依靠政府的推动和支持,促进高校自主协作机制的形成;以片区经济发展为导向,及时调整与优化学科专业结构;构建武陵山片区高等教育建设的机制,加快高等教育结构的协调发展。

The resources of higher education are very limited in Wuling Mountain Area,the universities have managed by different administrative divisions.However,there are obviously shortages in the structure of higher education in the region,which isn't strong adaptability with overall regional economic development to some extent:the higher education in the area is more backward and distributes unevenly,the structure of disciplines and specialties need improved and perfected;the specialties lack geographical features and serious repeatability.In order to make higher education to better serve the region's social and economic development,the key is to strengthen educational collaboration between universities:changing concepts and strengthening the consciousness of coordinated development in the Area;relying on the promotion and support of the government,forming the self-coordination mechanism in Universities;According to Area economic development-oriented to adjust and optimize timely the structure of disciplines;building the mechanism of Higher Education in Wuling mountain Area to speed up the coordinated development of structure in higher education.
