"当下愉悦,持续发展"是幸福课堂的核心价值。构建幸福课堂,需要创建凸显"幸福点"的教学文化,落实四步式的幸福课堂教学流程,使用营造宽松与愉悦的课堂氛围、珍视学生敏感而独特的个人感受、倡导自主与合作的学习方式、实现学习和生活的互相融合等策略。对幸福课堂的评价必须从"仅仅关注知识获得"走向"关注人的整体的和谐发展",并强调以"不断进步就是优秀"重新定义"优秀"的标准。
