"当下愉悦,持续发展"是幸福课堂的核心价值。构建幸福课堂,需要创建凸显"幸福点"的教学文化,落实四步式的幸福课堂教学流程,使用营造宽松与愉悦的课堂氛围、珍视学生敏感而独特的个人感受、倡导自主与合作的学习方式、实现学习和生活的互相融合等策略。对幸福课堂的评价必须从"仅仅关注知识获得"走向"关注人的整体的和谐发展",并强调以"不断进步就是优秀"重新定义"优秀"的标准。
' Pleasure and sustained development' is the core value of a happy class.The construction of happy class needs to create the teaching culture of 'happy point',to carry out the teaching procedures of 'four steps in happy class',to create a relaxed and lively atmosphere in the classroom,to cherish the sensitive and unique personal feelings of the students,to advocate an independent and cooperative way of study,to adhere study and life together,etc.The evaluation of a happy class must be from 'focusing only on knowledge acquisition' to 'pay attention to person's allround development',to emphasize that 'keep making progress is excellent' and redefine the standard of 'excellence'.
