摘要
学困生的形成有社会、家庭、学校、自身等四方面的原因。转化学困生,教师要树立正确的教育观,关心热爱学困生,使其消除疑惧心理和对立情绪;转化学困生,教师要善于捕捉亮点,进行正面教育,持之以恒,才能收到良好的教育效果。
Causes of students with learning difficulty include four factors:society,the family,the school and students themselves.To transform them with learning difficulty,a teacher should establish a correct outlook on education and love them,so that they can get rid of their fear psychology and emotion.In addition,to get a good education effect,a teacher should also find their bright spots and insist the positive education with patience and persistence.
