近年来,随着糖尿病发病率的不断增加,糖尿病足溃疡越来越受到人们的关注。糖尿病患者发生足溃疡住院时间长,治疗费用高,严重影响了自身的生活质量,而且给家庭带来沉重的经济负担。本文介绍适用于亚洲人群的糖尿病足溃疡的最新分级,列举糖尿病足溃疡的危险因素,分析临床上治疗糖尿病足溃疡的方法,旨在为临床医生提供较为全面的预防和治疗糖尿病足溃疡的理论基础。

In recent years,with the increasing incidence of diabetes mellitus,people pay more attention to diabetic foot ulcers.The patients who suffer from diabetic foot ulcers have prolonged length of inpatient stay and high cost of hospital expenditure,which seriously affects their quality of life,and brings heavy economic burden for family.Some basic problems regarding to diabetic foot ulcers were reviewed in this paper.The paper firstly introduced the latest classification of diabetic foot ulcers which is more applicable to Asian populations,and then listed some relative risk factors,and finally analyzed several simple clinical treatments of foot ulcers.The paper is aimed to provide clinicians with more comprehensive theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of foot ulcers.
