以反复休克和急性肝肾损伤为主要表现的原发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症一例分析

One Case of Primary Adrenal Hypofunction Manifesting as Repeated Shock and Acute Liver and Kidney Damage

原发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症又称爱迪森病,多由于免疫、结核、真菌感染等或肿瘤、白血病等原因破坏双侧肾上腺,引起肾上腺皮质激素分泌不足所致,临床表现复杂多样,极易出现误诊误治。本院收治1例以反复休克、急性肝肾损伤为主要表现的原发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症患者,本文对其临床表现及诊疗经过进行分析,以提高临床医师对该病的认识。

Primary adrenal hypofunction,also known as Addison′s disease,is insufficient secretion of adrenal hormone from damaged bilateral adrenal glands which were mainly caused by immune disease,tuberculosis,fungal infection,tumor,leukemia,etc.Primary adrenal hypofunction has complex clinical manifestations and is prone to misdiagnosis.This paper presents the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of one case of primary adrenal hypofunction manifesting as repeated shock and acute liver and kidney damage.
