^(89)SrCl_2治疗多发性骨转移癌的疗效分析

THE EFFICACY OF ^(89)SRCL_2 FOR BONE METASTASES IN MALIGNANT TUMOR

目的:评价89SrCl2治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移癌的临床疗效。方法:68例诊断为骨转移瘤的病人行89SrCl2治疗,嘱病人注射后第1 wk化验血常规、肝肾功能,第2mo、第3mo各进行血常规、肝肾功能检查,第3mo复查骨扫描随访,对治疗后病人疼痛缓解、骨扫描病灶变化及血液学、肝肾功能变化进行评价。结果:68例骨转移癌病人中56例疼痛出现不同程度的缓解,总缓解率为82.4%。其中完全解除疼痛10例,占14.7%;显效22例,占32.3%;好转24例,占35.3%;无效12例,占17.6%。结论:利用放射性核素89SrCl2治疗骨转移癌是一种新的、重要的、可有效缓解恶性肿瘤骨转移引起疼痛的手段,也是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical treatment efficacy of89 SrCl2 for bone metastases in malignant tumor. Methods:68 patients with bone metastases of malignant tumor were treated with89 SrCl2 . We followed up and analyzed all the patients from their pain palliation, the changes of bone metastases in ECT imaging, and the changes of blood routine, liver and renal function. Results:56 patients in 68 patients appeared different degree of pain relief,and the total remission rate was 82. 4%, including 10 complete remission, 22 excellence, 24 improvement and 12 invalid, which take up 14. 7%,32. 3%,35. 3%and 17. 6%respectively. Conclusions:Radionuclide89 SrCl2 treatment for bone metastatic carcinoma is a kind of new,important,effective and safe method for pain palliation.
