中度氟斑牙釉质化学成分的电子探针分析

Analysis of compositional elements in moderate dental lfuorosis enamel using the electron probe micro-analysis technique

摘要 目的:研究氟斑牙和正常牙釉质中化学成分的含量变化和分布规律。方法使用电子探针对中度氟斑牙和正常牙釉质化学成分进行定点分析。结果中度氟斑牙钙、磷丢失,镁减少,但与正常牙相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);中度氟斑牙表层钙、氟含量增加,表层下钙、氟含量减少,表层与表层下相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与正常牙相比,中度氟斑牙钙、磷、镁含量没有显著降低;氟斑牙表层过度矿化,表层下矿化不良;氟、镁等微量元素的微量变化可能和氟斑牙的发生相关。 ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the content and distribution of compositional elements in moderate fluorosis enamel and normal enamel.MethodsThe content and distribution of compositional elements in moderate fluorosis enamel and normal enamel is investigated using fixed point scanning with the Electron Probe Micro-Analysis (EPMA) Technique.Results The Calcium (Ca), Phosphorus (P), and Magnesium(Mg) content in moderate fluorosis enamel is lower than that of the normal enamel. However, the difference is not statistically significant. There is statistically significant increase in the calcium and fluorine content at the surface and decrease under the surface of fluorosis enamel. ConclusionCompared to the normal enamel, the moderate fluorosis enamel shows no significant decrease in the Ca, P, Mg content. However, there is excessive mineralization on the surface and lack of mineralization under the surface. The trace changes in microelements such as fluorine and magnesium might be correlated with the ccurrence of dental fluorosis.
