摘要
目的:探讨有丝分裂前期检查点(CHFR)、磷酸化丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(pAKT)、细胞核增殖指数(Ki-67)及微血管密度(MVD)在消化道神经内分泌癌中的表达及意义。方法收集日照市人民医院2000年1月至2013年6月间90例有完整临床病理资料、经手术病理学证实的消化道神经内分泌癌作为观察组,并以40例癌旁组织作对照,应用免疫组织化学 Ultra SensitiveTM S-P 法检测 CHFR、pAKT、Ki-67的表达,用 CD105标记 MVD,比较 CHFR、pAKT、Ki-67的表达及 MVD 在消化道神经内分泌癌、癌旁组织中的表达差异。结果 CHFR 在消化道神经内分泌癌组织中的表达为18.89%,明显低于癌旁组织的65.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.599, P<0.01);pAKT 和 Ki-67在消化道神经内分泌癌组织中的表达分别为78.78%、71.22%,明显高于癌旁组织的32.50%、35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.691,18.346,P<0.01);CD105标记微血管与癌旁及黏膜组织比较,在癌组织的表达差异有统计学意义(t=0.039,P<0.05)。结论CHFR、pAKT、Ki-67及 MVD 异常表达与消化道神经内分泌癌的发生密切相关,在癌组织中表达上调,肿瘤新生血管生成,促进了肿瘤形成。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CHFR,pAKT ,Ki-67 and CD105-labeled micorvessel density (MVD) in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm and their relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods From January 2000 to June 2013,90 cases of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm with complete clinical datas were collected in Rizhao People''s Hospital. All the clinical and follow-up information were reviewed and evaluated. The expressions of CHFR,pAKT ,Ki-67 and CD105-labeled MVD were measured by immunohistochemical Ultra SensitiveTM S-P method staining in 90 cases of primary gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm and 40cases of dysplasia tissue closely adjacent to carcinomas. Results The expression of CHFR in gastric tissues(18.89%) was obviously lower than the expression in adjacent tissue organizations(65.00%)(χ2=26.599, P<0.01).In contrast, the expression of pAKT and Ki-67 in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm tissues(78.78%,71.22%) was obviously higher than the expression in adjacent tissue organizations(32.50%,35.00%)(P<0.01). The MVD in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm was higher than that in gastric dysplasia tissue(t=0.039,P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of CHFR,pAKT ,Ki-67 and MVD may played an important role in the genesis and development of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm.
