基于模糊综合评判法的城镇化发展质量评价——以内蒙古12个盟市为例

根据《关于加快城镇化进程的决定》,目前内蒙古城镇化已进入了关键阶段,到2020年城镇化率达到70%以上。本文根据内蒙古12个盟市的不同状况,引用新型城镇化概念,通过新型城镇化指标中的质量评价系统,基于模糊综合评判法,运用matlab软件,对12个盟市的城镇化质量进行评价。

In Inner Mongolia has entered the crucial stage of urbanization,the rate of urbanization will be 70% by 2020.In this paper,according to the different conditions of 12 cities in Inner Mongolia,refer to the new concept of urbanization,through quality evaluation system of the new urbanization indexes,based on the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation,using the matlab software,evaluate the quality of urbanization.of12 cities.
