土壤含水量对红富士苹果叶片生理的影响

摘要 根系对土壤水分的有效吸收对地上部的生理特征有着重要的影响,以盆栽2年生红富士苹果幼苗为试材,研究了4种不同水分胁迫处理下土壤含水量对红富士苹果幼苗叶片水势的影响以及叶片的蒸腾速率、光合特性和其他生理特征的变化。结果表明,随着土壤中含水量的降低,红富士苹果叶片相对含水量、蒸腾速率和净光合速率也随之呈逐渐下降趋势,且蒸腾作用降低的幅度显著大于光合作用降低的幅度,而细胞间隙二氧化碳(CO2)的浓度逐渐增加,同时气孔的阻力增加。 Effective absorption of soil moisture has an important influence on the physiological characteristics of above ground.In this paper,2-year old Fuji apple seedlings were used as test materials to study the effects of four different soil water contents under different water stress treatment effects on the leaf water potential,leaf transpiration rate,photosynthesis rate and other physiological characteristic changes.The results showed that Fuji apple leaf relative water content,leaf transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate was decreased gradually with the decrease of water content in soil.The magnitude of transpiration rate significantly decreased larger than the amplitude reduction of photosynthesis.The intercellular carbon dioxide(CO2)concentration gradually increased with stomatal resistance increased.
