心理行为干预对糖尿病足患者治疗依从性的影响 被引量：3

The Effect of Psychological and Behavior Intervention on The Therapy Compliance of Diabetic Foot Patients

摘要 目的 探讨心理行为干预对糖尿病足患者治疗依从性的影响.方法 把79例糖尿病足患者随机分为干预组39例和对照组40例,2组均给常规糖尿病治疗和护理,其中干预组同时给予心理行为干预,治疗前和治疗10周后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自制依从性问卷进行评定,并检测空腹血糖.结果 干预前2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),10周后干预组患者焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);患者对治疗的依从性干预组较对照组明显提高(P＜0.01);治疗后2组患者的血糖水平均不同程度的下降,但干预组较对照组血糖控制更理想(P＜0.05).结论 心理行为干预能提高糖尿病足患者对治疗的依从性.
