三沙海域发展深水网箱养殖探析

On the development of deep-water net cage breeding in Sansha Sea Area

国务院设立地级三沙市管辖西、南、中沙群岛的岛礁及其海域,涉及岛屿面积13km2,海域面积约200万km2。在三沙海域除海洋捕捞作业之外,在礁盘具有泻湖海域开展深水网箱养殖,将是开发三沙渔业资源最有效的补充方式之一。本文介绍了海南省深水网箱养殖概况、三沙海域网箱养殖情况、三沙海域发展深水网箱潜力等,分析了在三沙海域开展深水网箱养殖的风险,并提出对策建议。

The Sansha city was set up by the State Council to administer 13 square kilometers of Xisha,Nansha,Zhongsha islands and 2,000,000 square kilometers of relevant sea areas.In this area, developing deep-water net cage breeding is one of the most effective ways to develop fishery resource.In the paper,the current situation of deep-water net cage breeding in Hainan Province,the net cage breeding situation of Sansha area and the potential of developing deep-water net cage breeding in this area are introduced.Then,the risk of developing deep-water net cage breeding is analyzed.In the end,relevant countermeasures were provided.
