随着信息化时代的进步,科技的的发展,大学生的信息素质教育受到越来越多重视,传统的图书馆模式已经不能满足大学生对信息的渴求。信息发展脚步加快,信息环境日益复杂,相应的负面作用也越来越大,这也促使社会对人才的信息素养要求加大。高校数字图书馆以其所拥有的丰富信息资源,为学生提供良好学习环境,如何完善高校数字图书馆体系,加强大学生信息素养教育,是社会和高校要重视和研究的问题。

With the advance of information and technology,college students' information quality has been given more and more attention so that the traditional library can't meet college students' new need for information.The faster information development and the more complex information environment,the more negative influence of information environment,therefore the society has continuingly increased the demands for information quality.Digital libraries in universities and colleges has had rich information resources and provided better learning conditions for college students.It is of great significance to complete digital libraries in universities and colleges to improve college students' information quality.
