实行党风廉政建设责任制是高校开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的重要制度保障。要从明确责任主体、细化责任内容、强化责任意识、完善落实措施、强化责任考核、加大责任追究力度等方面进一步强化落实责任制,推进高校廉政建设。
