摘要
在超声波作用下对含油污泥除油进行了实验研究,结果表明超声处理含油污泥的最佳条件为:超声频率40kHz、功率50W、作用时间20min、作用温度50℃。在该条件下,含油污泥除油率达90%以上;pH值对超声处理含油污泥影响不大;高密度阳离子聚电解质的加入有利于含油污泥的超声除油处理,除油率可达99%以上。
Removing oil from oily sludge by ultrasonic is studied. The results show that,the optimum condition of treating oily sludge by ultrasonic is ultrasonic frequency 40kHz,ultrasonic power 50W,operative temperature 50℃ and treatment time 20min.The removal rate of oil from oily sludge is above 90% at this condition. The effect of pH value on treating oily sludge by ultrasonic is weak. High-density cationic polyelectrolyte is propitious to removing oil from oily sludge by ultrasonic,and the removal rate of oil from oily sludge could be more than 99%.
