摘要 选用基于内循环生物床技术的全生物氧化工艺,对兰州石化的碱渣进行中试试验,通过处理乙烯碱渣和乙烯与炼油混合碱渣来考察全生物氧化系统的运行状况。结果表明,全生物氧化处理效果令人满意,COD和硫化物去除率分别达到99%和99.9%以上,出水COD和硫化物平均值分别维持在100mg/L和1mg/L以下。 Spent caustic from ethylene plant is characterized by its high concentration and great harm to environment. In this paper, a biological oxidation process based on the internal circulation biological aerated filter technology is applied in the pilot study on treatment of spent caustic from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, Ltd. The biological treatment system is investigated through the treatment of spent caustic from ethylene plant and mixed spent caustic from refinery respectively. The results indicate that the effect is satisfactory with a high COD and sulfide removal rate of over 99% and 99.9% respectively, and the average concentration of COD and sulfide in the effluent is kept below 100mg/L and 1mg/L respectively.
