摘要 某石化公司运用Aspen Plus软件,建立并验证了气分装置模型,利用模型灵敏度分析功能,寻找气分装置节能及优化操作措施,通过降低塔压、回流比等操作,节约蒸汽、热水和电的消耗,使气分装置能耗下降5.18 KgEO/t,同时降低了丙烯损失。 The model of gas separation process was set up and proven by using Aspen Plus software.The sensibility analysis of the model has made it possible to identify the energy saving and optimization measures for the gas separation plant.The measures such as lowering pressure and reflux ratio in distillation towers and saving steam,water and electricity,have cut energy consumption by 5.138 KgEO/t in the plant with less propylene loss,thus achieving the energy and economic target.
