摘要
通过对某延迟焦化装置能耗的分解分析,发现其能耗超标的主要原因有加工量小、加热炉热效率低、用电/汽不合理。因此采取了更换新型燃烧器,控制烟气氧含量,炉管吹灰除垢、优化除焦操作、变频改造、调整加热炉注汽等措施,提高了加热炉热效率,大幅度降低了燃料气、电、水的消耗。
Based on the decomposition analysis,we find out that the main causes of excessive energy consumption in the delayed coking unit include low throughput,low furnace heat efficiency and irrational use of electricity and steam.By the way of process adjustments,technological transformation,changing new burner,improving the furnace efficiency,and reducing consumption of fuel gas,electricity and fresh water,the delayed coking unit has achieved significant decline in energy consumption.
