摘要
通过分析洛阳分公司短纤维装置工艺及能耗情况,对比先进企业能耗水平,发现主要差距在于蒸汽梯级利用不充分,前纺工艺空调和环境空调配置不合理。采取利用短纤维装置内部闪蒸蒸汽、停用外部专线蒸汽和新增一台前纺工艺空调等措施完善了工艺流程,预计降低装置能耗2.84 kgEO/t。
By analyzing the process and energy consumption in Luoyang Branch staple fiber plant,compared with energy consumption level in advanced enterprise;it is found that the main difference lies in the insufficient steam cascade utilization,and the irrational allocation of fore-spinning process air conditioning and environmental air conditioning.Measures to take advantage of staple fiber flash steam inside the device,disable an external line steam and add an air conditioning stage spinning process and other measures to improve the process,are expected to reduce unit energy consumption by 2.84 kgEO/t.
