某催化裂化装置原有低温热系统利用效果较差,能源浪费较为严重。通过增加旁路将催化裂化装置的顶循油输送至15万t/a气分装置替代蒸汽加热脱丙烷塔底重沸器,可节约蒸汽4.15 t/h;通过增设热水-原油换热器,将催化裂化装置热媒水过剩的热量输送至原油罐区替代蒸汽加温管输原油,可节约蒸汽1.56 t/h;并降低原冷却热媒水的循环水用量428万t/a。
The utilization of the original FCCU low-temperature heat system was poor and caused serious energy waste. By increasing bypass, the FCCU top circulating oil can be transported to the 15×104t/a gas separation unit to replace the steam that was originally used to heat depropanizer bottom reboiler, saving 4.15 t/h steam. Through the addition of hot water-oil heat exchanger, the excess heat of the FCCU heating medium water can be transported to crude oil tank farm to replace the steam heating the pipeline crude oil, saving steam 1.56 t/h. These measures can reduce the circulating water cooling heat medium water by 428×104t/a, which cut steam, circulating water and energy consumption for the whole plant.
