蜡油催化装置余热锅炉节能改造

摘要 某蜡油催化装置1#锅炉建成时间较早,炉型结构老化,翅片管积灰,导致阻力偏大、受热面划分不合理、烟气通过能力不足、出口温度偏高、产汽量偏低.特别是经过装置扩能技术改造后,1#炉诟病更为突出.针对上述情况,采取对1#余热锅炉进行更新改造.通过方案比选后,实现余热锅炉全部再生烟气的能量回收,排烟温度由260℃降至193℃,中压过热蒸汽产率提高了0.154 4t/t,能耗降低13.59个单位,剔除油浆蒸汽发生器改产中压蒸汽产生的节能效果后,降低装置能耗12~ 13个单位,同时优化了全厂的蒸汽平衡. The No.1 boiler of the gas oil FCC unit was built years ago. It suffered from a number of defects such as aging structure, thick dust on finned pipe causing high resistance, and inappropriate partition of heatdelivery surface. These defects prevented gas from passing through fluently, making high exit temperature and low gas production. After the production expansion of the FCC unit, the problems of No.1 boiler became even more severe. Based on the comparison of several plans, we renovated the No.1 waste heat boiler by injecting all of the regenerating gas into the waste heat boiler to recycle energy. As a result, the exit temperature has decreased from 260℃ to 193℃, and the mid-pressure superheated steam yield has increased by 0.154 4 t/t, and the steam output increase has reduced energy consumption by 13.59 kgEO/t. After elimination of the energy saving effect from switching slurry steam generator to produce medium-pressure, the FCC unit has cut energy consumption by 12~13 kgEO/t, contributing to the steam balance of the whole refinery.
