摘要 介绍了湛江东兴炼油厂利用缓和湿式氧化、酸化脱酚和间歇式活性污泥法(SBR)联合技术综合处理炼油碱渣的工艺原理及运行情况。废碱渣经该联合工艺处理后,出水中挥发酚含量小于5 mg/L、硫化物含量小于1 mg/L,完全脱除碱渣的恶臭气味。与传统处理方法比较,该联合工艺具有工艺灵活、操作简单、操作费用合理等特点。 This paper introduces the process principle and the operation condition of the combined treatment technology integrating wet air oxidation, acidification dephenolization process and sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process(SBR), which has been applied in the refinery of Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. After treated by this technology, the content of volatile phenol in the spent caustic is less than 5 mg/L, the sulfide content is reduced to less than 1 mg/L, and the effluvial odor of spent caustic is completely removed. Compared with the conventional method, this technology is more flexible, simple and cost-effective.
