摘要
通过对塔河油田采油一厂TK-921井场进行调研,获取了该井加热炉一年中的运行数据并对其进行分析,得到该井采出物流在一年中的加热需求及变化规律。在此基础上,分析了利用聚光型槽式太阳能集热器满足该井热量需求的可行性,并提出了太阳能热作为水套炉补充热源的技术方案。进一步分析了太阳能高温热在油田上的利用前景与存在的不足。
Through checking TK-921 well's energy usage in the process of production in No.1 Oil Production Plant of Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch, this paper has acquired and analyzed operating data of heating furnace, and gained heating demand and change laws of production of TK-921 well in one year. On the basis, this paper has also conducted the feasibility analysis of the parabolic trough solar collector meeting the heat needs of the heating furnace, proposed a technical plan with solar energy as additional heat source, and forecasted application prospects and challenges of the solar thermal utilization in the oilfield.
