全厚度车辙试验动稳定度计算方法研究

摘要 车辙实验是评价沥青混合料在规定温度下抵抗塑性流动变形能力的方法.本文对全厚度车辙试验动稳定度计算方法进行了研究.进行了不同温度和荷载作用下的全厚度车辙试验,并根据试验所得数据采用了不同的计算方法对动稳定度值进行计算.对比计算结果发现,采用曲线回归方程方法计算动稳定度精度要高,受部分错误数据或者仪器精度的影响较小.根据车辙实验2~3h的实验数据能够有效的预估车辙深度. Rutting test is a common method to evaluate the capability of the asphalt mixture at a specified temperature to resist the plastic flow deformation.In this paper,the method to calculate the dynamic stability of a full thickness rutting test is studied.The researchers did a series of rutting tests under different temperature and loading conditions.Then based on these test dates,the dynamic stability was calculated through different methods.By comparing these results,we can see that it is more accuracy to calculate the dynamic stability by using the curve regression equation method and the results are less effected by the incorrect dates or instrument accuracy.In this research,we also draw a conclusion that we can make a good estimate about the rut depth based on the rutting test dates between 2 to 3 hours.
