电沉积纳米氧化锰电极材料及其电化学性能研究 被引量:1

STUDY OF ELECTRODEPOSITION OF NANOSTRUCTURE MnO_2 FOR ELECTRODE MATERIAL AND THEIR ELECTROCHEMICAL PERFORMANCES

摘要 在0.1 mol/L MnSO4水溶液中,采用恒电位电沉积法在ITO上制备了具有纳米结构的超级电容器活性电极材料MnO2。对制备产物进行了SEM、XRD和TG分析,用循环伏安法和恒电流充放电法研究了它的电化学性质。结果表明:在0.5 mol/L Na2SO4溶液中,该MnO2电极材料表现出良好的电容性能,当电流密度分别为1 A/g、2 A/g和3 A/g时,比电容分别为266 F/g、202 F/g和186 F/g。该纳米材料是一种潜在的电化学电容器电极材料。 Manganese dioxide deposits with nanostructur es(MnO 2) were electrochemically deposited onto ITO from 0.1 mol/ L MnSO 4 by means of the potentiostatic techniques.The crystal morphy,morphology and thermology of MnO 2 were characterized by XRD,SEM and TG,and its electrochemical performances were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge / discharge.The electrochemical results indicate that MnO 2 electrode annealed show fine capacitive behavior in neutral aqueous electrolyte(0.5 mol / L Na 2 SO 4),when the current density were 1 A/g,2 A/g and 3 A/g,the specific capacitances were 266 F/g,202 F/g and 186 F / g,respectively.This MnO 2 is a potential electrode material for electrochemical capacitor.
