建立IGCC示范电站的可行性研究

摘要 目前,现有热电厂逐渐暴露出一些缺点和不足:(1)主要设备投运时间均在多年以上,特别是循环流化床锅炉,由于磨损严重,检修频繁,严重影响正常生产;(2)现有热电厂采用常规热电生产工艺,且单机容量小,造成煤耗高,能源浪费严重,污染物排放量大。随着科技的进步,整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)发电,其关键技术也已被突破,具有良好的推广利用价值和前景。 At present,the existing thermal power plant is gradually exposed some shortcomings and deficiencies:(1 )the main equipment operation time in many years,especially CFB,because of serious wear and tear,frequent maintenance,seriously affect the normal production;(2)the existing thermal power plant using conventional thermal power production process,and the capacity of small,resulting in the high coal consumption,serious waste of ener-gy,a large quantity of pollutant discharge;With the progress of science and technology,IGCC power,the key technology has been a breakthrough,with the promotion of use value and good prospect.
