一种皮带复合清扫装置,安装在皮带机卸载滚筒底皮带下方,其结构包括固定架体、风动马达、滚筒刷和气嘴,滚筒刷通过转轴和轴承安装在固定架体上,风动马达设置在滚筒刷一端且其输出轴通过联轴器与滚筒刷转轴相连,滚筒刷与皮带机卸载滚筒旋向相反,风动马达的出风口与一回风管路的入口相连,回风管路出口安装有气嘴,气嘴出气口贴近皮带机卸载滚筒底皮带外表面。

A belt of compound cleaning device,installed in the belt conveyor belt below the unloading drum bottom,whose structure comprises a fixed frame,a pneumatic motor,roller brush and roller brush mouth,through a rotating shaft and a bearing is installed on the fixed frame,a pneumatic motor is arranged in the roller brush end and its output shaft through the shaft coupling and the roller brush is connected with a rotation shaft,roller and belt ma-chine unloading drum rotation to the contrary,the pneumatic motor and an air outlet of an air return pipe is connected to the entrance,return pipe outlet is installed a gas nozzle,air nozzle outlet close to the belt conveyor belt unloading roller bottom outer surface.
