血浆置换术在临床急症治疗中的应用和进展 被引量:7

摘要 血浆置换法(plasmapheresis)是采用清除血液中有害物质来治疗疾病的一种临床疗法。血浆置换法的基本过程是用血泵导出患者血液,经过血浆分离器,分离出血浆和细胞成分,体外去除致病血浆或选择性地去除血浆中的某些致病因子,然后将细胞成分、净化后血浆以及补充的置换液输回患者体内。目前的血浆置换法包括了单重血浆置换、双重血浆置换(DFPP)等不同的方式。血浆置换法能迅速清除患者血浆中的细胞因子、免疫复合物、抗体、抗原等致病因子,调节免疫系统,清除封闭性抗体,恢复细胞免疫功能及网状内皮细胞吞噬功能,使病情得到缓解。
