Restricted Factors and Developing Strategies of Ice and Snow Sports Reserved Talents

现代竞技体育竞争的关键是后备人才的竞争,后备人才的培养已成为竞技体育可持续发展的关键所在。通过对现阶段我国冰雪体育后备人才现状的分析,找出我国冰雪体育后备人才的制约因素为:培养模式单一、学训矛盾大、退役安置困难和教练员素质偏低等;并有针对性地提出完善运动员培养体制,创新培养模式;充分发挥体育与教育的充分融合作用;健全运动员的社会保障制度;提高教练员自身综合素质等发展对策,为冰雪体育后备人才的培养提供理论参考依据。

The key to competition of modern competitive sports is the reserved talents , the cultivation of re-served talents has become the key to the sustainable development of competitive sports .By analyzing the sta-tus of Chinese ice and snow sports reserved talents at present , this paper has found out the restricted factors of Chinese ice and snow sports reserved talents:single training mode , great study conflicts , difficult to find a place after retirement and low qualities of coaches; and according to this , this paper puts forward to im-prove the training system and innovate training modes; Fusion of sports and education is functioning ade-quately;Perfect social security system of athletes;Improve the comprehensive quality of coaches and so on , to provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of reserved talents of ice and snow sports .
