循环经济理念下绥化市体育产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Sports Industry in Suihua in Circular Economy Concept

循环经济理念是绥化市体育产业可持续发展的重要保证。对绥化市体育产业现状进行分析,发现当前的绥化体育产业存在相关法规、政策不完善,体育产业处于无序状态;理论匮乏,人才短缺,体育产业难以打造区域性品牌;管理体系不健全,体育产业可持续发展滞后等问题。针对问题提出重视理论研究,加快人才培养,发挥体育产业品牌效应;深度挖掘体育产业区域资源,加快体育产业化发展步伐;健全体育产业法规体系,加大政府扶持力度等措施和对策,以保证绥化市经济、社会、生态三者能够整体协调与和谐发展。

The concept of circular economy is an important guarantee for sustainable development of sports in -dustry in Suihua .By analyzing the status of sports industry in Suihua , it founds that there are existing laws and regulations related to imperfections , in a disorder condition;lack of theories , talents shortage , too hard to create a regional brand;breakdown in the management system , sustainable development delayed in sports industry in Suihua .On the issues , the paper puts forward that we should emphasize on theory study , speed up the cultivation of talents , give play to brand's effect of sports industry;digging deeply area resources of sports industry , step up the development of sports industry; perfect law system of sports industry , increase government support , in order to ensure that economy , society and ecology can be coordinated and harmoni-ous developed .
