以就业为导向的高职教育课程开发研究

Research of Curriculum Development of Employment-oriented in Higher Vocational Education

以就业为导向的高职课程开发理念已倡导多年,但是各院校因为认识上稍有偏差或者实施过程中出现一些困难,所以落实得并不是很理想。本文分析现在高职院校课程开发中常出现的问题,深入研究就业导向课程体系开发的内涵,提出基于就业导向课程体系开发的实施策略。同时,以广州铁路职业技术学院计算机网络专业的课程体系改革为例,对其它高职院校或其它专业提供借鉴。

Employment-oriented of higher vocational curriculum development concept has been advocated for years,but the implementation was not quite satisfactory because of the slight deviation in cognition or some of the difficulties appeared during implementation.The paper analyzes the current problems often occur in the curriculum development in higher vocational colleges,discusses the connotation of the employment-oriented curriculum development.It proposes strategies based on the development of employment-oriented curriculum system,guides the curriculum system reform of computer network major in Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology,and provides reference to the other vocational colleges or majors.
