大学生诚信教育与诚信管理的博弈──从制度的可持续性找寻方案

On the Game of Integrity Education and Management for College Students——Looking for Solutions from the Sustainability of the System

当前,大学生诚信水平提升面临诸多问题,而现有诚信教育和管理的运作效果难令人满意。通过建立诚信教育、诚信管理和诚信状况的博弈模型,我们发现现阶段提升大学生诚信水平的重点在于诚信管理。本文试从科学的征信指标体系、严谨的信用报告制度、开放的信用管理机制三个方面入手,搭建大学生诚信可持续化的制度体系。

Integrity levels of College students face many problems at present.However,the present integrity education and management are not satisfactory in operation effect.The paper finds that the key point to improve college students' integrity is the credit management level by building the game model of integrity education,management and conditions.The paper aims to construct a sustainable institutional system of college students' integrity from the scientific index system of credit,strict credit reporting system and open credit management mechanism.
