基于协同创新理念构建区域共享型教学企业的思考——以广州铁路职业技术学院为例 被引量:3

On the Construction of Regional Sharing Teaching Enterprises Based on the Concept of Collaborative Innovation——Taking Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology as an Example

摘要 在政府大力支持职业教育发展的背景下,以广州教育城新建有轨电车新型轨道交通系统为契机,基于校企协同创新理念,广州铁路职业技术学院与有实力的、优秀的企业携手共建政府主导、校企双主体的区域共享型教学企业,承担起规划设计、建设和管理有轨电车新型轨道交通系统的重任。构建教学企业是高职院校管理模式的创新。有效实施二级管理模式下的教学企业管理必须明确校、院两级教学管理机构的教学管理职责和权利的分配;确定教学企业管理中心和各二级学院的分工与合作;明确校企双主体的责、权、利;处理好学校与企业之间的深度合作关系。 Under the background of developing vocational education supported by the government,taking the opportunity of building new tram track traffic system in Guangzhou education city,Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology aims to build regional sharing teaching enterprises,which are dominated by government and both are main body between the enterprises and colleges,with substantial and excellent enterprises.The enterprises will take on the responsibility of planning and designing,building and managing the new tram track traffic system.It is innovative of management mode to build teaching enterprises in higher vocational colleges.The management of teaching enterprises under effective secondary management mode should distinguish the management responsibilities and rights of the management organization between the college and the departments,confirm the division of work and cooperation between management centers of teaching enterprises and the secondary school,make sure clearly the responsibility,right and benefit of the college and enterprises,deal well with the in-depth cooperation between them.
