Based on the implementation of HPMS(Hydropower Production Management Information System)in SG Xin Yuan(State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.),this paper elaborates the standards for group-level hydropower enterprise techniques supervise,defines the functions and workflows process,and establishes the standard requirements,which has effectively regulate the techniques supervise by the application promotion in SG Xin Yuan as well as serves as a good example to similar management systems.
