摘要
路基填料调配设计是高速铁路路基设计的重要组成部分,路基填料来源及运距的合理确定对高速铁路路基建设成本控制有着显著影响,对确保路基的稳定性及耐久性有着重要意义。文章针对成贵铁路乐山至兴文段填料调配设计,提出了以安全因素、经济指标为优化目标的料源选取原则,并根据料源选取原则以及填料来源分布情况,对成贵铁路乐山至兴文段填料调配设计进行了多方案优化比选,合理地确定了填料调配方案,即以价购砂卵石(或采石场硬质岩)为主,当运距较大、价差较大时,采用就近利用路堑挖方或隧道弃砟改良土进行路基填筑。
Design for filling allocation is an important component of the design for high-speed railway subgrade.The filler sources and their reasonable conveying distance have a substantial impact on the construction cost control and a great sig-nificance in ensuring the subgrade stability and durability.For the design of filler allocation of Leshan-Xingwen section of Chengdu-Guiyang railway,this paper put forward the selecting principles of the filler sources from safety and economic factors.According to the said principles and the filling source distribution,the filling allocation design has been com-pared and optimized and the reasonable scheme for filling allocation has been determined.Priority is flrst given to pur-chasement of sandy gravel (or hard rock in stone quarry),Only when sandy gravel is purchased at a far away place or at a very high price,can spoil improved from excavation or tumeling be used as filling for subgrade.
